Vegan day 18: Green champagne

Lifethyme on 6th Avenue (by 9th Street), Greenwich Village, makes the best green champagne that I have had to date, but “you have to get there before 9pm!” lol That’s what they tell us every week when my friend and I get there… late.. after the gym!

My friend swears these are the ingredients so I made it today:

GREEN CHAMPAGNE

Spinach
Collard green
Kale
Celery
Ginger
Lemon
Apple

Put these into a juicer and juice away!
Enjoy!
