Vegan day 18: Green champagne

Lifethyme on 6th Avenue (by 9th Street), Greenwich Village, makes the best green champagne that I have had to date, but “you have to get there before 9pm!” lol That’s what they tell us every week when my friend and I get there… late.. after the gym!

My friend swears these are the ingredients so I made it today:

GREEN CHAMPAGNE

Spinach
Collard green
Kale
Celery
Ginger
Lemon
Apple

Put these into a juicer and juice away!
Enjoy!

  • Relief for arthritis and colic
  • Helpful for heart conditions
  • Guard agaiinst intestinal parasites
  • Promote perspiration and warm the stomach
  • Ease the symptoms of common cold and flu
  • Improves circulation
  • Helpful for liver function
  • Reduces flatulence
  • Helps relieve muscle tension and joint pain when added to massage oil

You can make ginger tea by slicing up 1 ounce of ginger and simmering it in a pint of water. You can also add lemon for added benefits!
