Vegan day 70: Broccoli with seaweed

Amazing meal full of nutrients- delicious, filling and easy to make! It almost looks like a black and white spaghetti! Those mushrooms were so good but I didn’t get the name of them.

Broccoli with hijiki seaweed and mushrooms

Broccoli
Hijiki
Mushrooms
Tamari
Sesame oil
Shoyu

I rinsed and soaked the seaweed for about 15 minutes. Then, I turned on my steamer- put the broccoli in the bottom part and then the seaweed and mushrooms in the top. I drizzled about 1T of tamari on top. 5 minutes steaming– finito! I added pepper, sesame oil and shoyu to serve!
